Wein – Order Cancellation Policy

At Wein, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This policy explains how and when cancellations are allowed, and under what conditions they may be accepted or rejected.

1. When Can You Cancel an Order?


You may cancel your order if:


It has not yet been accepted by the vendor


It has not yet been shipped or handed to the delivery team



🕒 Orders can usually be canceled within the first 30–60 minutes after placing, depending on vendor response time.

2. How to Cancel an Order


1. Open the Wein app



2. Go to My Orders



3. Select the order and tap Cancel Order



4. Choose the reason for cancellation




If the order is still pending or unprocessed, the cancellation will be confirmed immediately.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled


Your order cannot be canceled if:


It has already been marked as shipped


It is already out for delivery


It includes non-refundable or custom-made items



In these cases, you may need to wait for delivery and then request a refund (if eligible).

4. Refunds After Cancellation


If your payment was already completed:


Refunds for offline payments (e.g., Zain Cash, CliQ, etc.) will be processed to the same wallet


Refunds for online payments (if available) may take 2–5 business days


Refunds for cash on delivery orders will not apply unless you pre-paid via wallet

5. Vendor-Initiated Cancellations


A vendor may cancel your order in rare cases if:


The product is out of stock


The item is damaged or unavailable


Delivery to your location is temporarily not possible



In such cases, a full refund will be issued or you will be contacted to replace the item.

6. Wein’s Right to Cancel


Wein reserves the right to cancel any order if:


Fraudulent activity is suspected


Customer has a repeated history of cancellations without valid reason


Delivery address is invalid or unreachable
